Our Magnesium Oil Joint and Muscle Spray combines arnica, calendula, and helichrysum with magnesium. This type of spray is often used to help support with body aches, sore muscles, and cramps. Coconut oil brings moisturizing qualities to the mix and a smoother feel than magnesium oil alone.

When used topically, magnesium is known to be better absorbed by the body.
To use, spray onto the area of concern and rub in a circular motion. Start with 5 sprays, and work up to 10-20 sprays. Leave on for at least 20 minutes; some prefer to wipe it off or many just leave it on.
When first using magnesium oil, some people experience a slight burning sensation. This is normal and can be reduced by gradually increasing the number of sprays used and/or diluting the spray with water if needed.
Do not apply to broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. External use only. Keep away from children.
